Kowloon Park

One of the best things about our Airbnb in Tsim Sha Tsui was that it was right next to Kowloon Park.  At first, we thought it was just going to be a path or two, but we were wrong.  Kowloon Park is so much more.

As you wander through the park, you’ll quickly discover fountains…

And all sorts of wildlife, from the turtles in the pond to flamingos to a number of interesting birds in an aviary.

It also has some features I didn’t expect, such as a series of anime statues…

And a hedge maze, which was just tall enough to make Connor disappear.

There were also a few different gardens, including a rose garden…

And a peaceful Chinese garden.

The kids especially loved the fort and its cannons.

If you’re looking for a beautiful nature retreat in the middle of the city, Kowloon Park is a great choice.
