Ahhh…

After all of our sightseeing in Asia, we spent a few days just relaxing in Cha Am, and it was glorious.  Since then, we’ve been to Prague, Budapest, Austria, Venice, and Athens, and to be really honest, we were all exhausted.  By the time we wrapped up Athens, even Ben and I didn’t want to see any more ruins, and the kids were ready to revolt.  So we were very excited to arrive at an all inclusive resort in Crete.  We were here for less than a day when we decided to extend our stay to two weeks.  Not only do we not have to cook, there’s a kids club that Sophie and Connor love, and the views are amazing.

We’ll redeem ourselves after this with a few days in Rome making the kids tour the Sistine Chapel and the Colloseum, but until then, I’ll just be sitting by the pool with a drink.
